No roles out now? Come meet us during an event! We frequently participate in job fairs and industry-specific events all around Sweden. Follow us on social media and on LinkedIn to receive updates on events we will be attending, and we look forward to meeting you in person!

 How does it work?

  • Our student positions are open to current university- and Yrkeshögskola students with existing rights to work in Sweden. Please note that we’re not able to consider candidates in need of a work-permit for these positions.

  • When applying you will be asked to submit your CV and answer a series of questions. Our assessment process includes a personality and logical ability assessment, interviews, and finally reference checks before proceeding to an offer.

You will be notified of your progress via email, so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox.

  • Our intent is to develop local talent who can build a future career with us at NOVO Energy. Whilst we can’t offer guarantees of future employment, it’s certainly our desire to do so. To-date we’ve been able to create ongoing roles for the majority of our previous interns and Summer Workers.

  • Students who are offered roles with our R&D team will be working from our R&D lab in Eriksberg.

Students with roles in all other business units will be working from our offices on site in Torslanda.

  • Competition for our Summer Worker program will be high. Our top-tips are:

    • take care to ensure the information you provide us is accurate and up-to-date

    • only apply for roles relevant to your studies or work experience

    • do not apply for more than two different programs

    • make sure your CV is written in English, that our teams can understand your workplace responsibilities and contributions, and that relevant academic achievements are captured. Also double-check dates and spelling

    • keep an eye on your inbox for important updates, and complete assessments or other tasks ASAP as they may expire

    • manage your calendar and potential invites with care

I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of things that I would have never gotten to do at a “normal internship”. The level of work is much more advanced!

Amanda

I’ve learned so much on the job. Hands-on experience simply teaches you things you’ll not learn just from a book
